Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo) seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join the Industrial Maintenance Team. You will optimize asset performance, ensure European compliance (EN 15628), and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing assets supporting aerospace programs.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance plans, budgets, and suppliers while ensuring safety and operational excellence. English proficiency is required for cross‑functional collaboration.
Formación
- Industrial Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering degree is required.
- Experience in industrial asset maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
- Strong PLC/CNC programming knowledge and safety focus.
- Excellent adaptability to new topics and collaboration in networks.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure KPIs such as Technical Availability, MTBF and MTTR.
- Create and optimize maintenance plans and manage spare parts inventory efficiency.
- Manage and optimize maintenance budgets and monitor external service providers.
