Job summary

Signify in Valladolid, Spain, is seeking a Plant Manager for the Saeta plant to lead daily manufacturing, safety, quality, and people development while driving digital transformation and operational excellence. You will shape strategy, manage budgets and investments, oversee cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards and local regulations across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
Certifications in OSHA, ISO 9001, and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

Define and execute short- and long-term industrial and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead all plant functions, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance and HR.
Drive operational excellence through Lean, TPM, continuous improvement, and digitization.
Ensure safe, compliant manufacturing and delivery operations meeting quality and regulatory standards.
Develop workforce flexibility to adapt to changing demand and labor availability.
Deliver productivity, cost, quality and profitability targets for the site.
