Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
Proven plant management leadership across manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, finance, HR, and purchasing.
Mandatory certifications: OSHA, ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute short- and long-term industrial and investment strategies.
Lead Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and HR.
Drive Lean, TPM, continuous improvement, and digitization initiatives.
Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production and delivery operations.
Develop workforce flexibility to adapt to demand, labor, and supply changes.
Manage budget, resources, and investments to optimize performance.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
