Job summary

Signify is seeking a Supply Planner in Valladolid to balance demand and external supply, maintain master production schedules, and drive lean improvements. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, advanced reporting in Power BI, and SAP S/4Hana proficiency.

You will collaborate with suppliers, manage inventory targets, and support continuous improvement efforts across the regional supply chain. A proactive, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an operational environment.
• Pragmatic and strong analytical skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Query...).
• Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics, Power Query...).
• Understanding of Lean principles and practices
• AI skills
• Fluent English mandatory
• SAP knowledge - S/4Hana is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify the 12-month rolling intake plan weekly to ensure right demand signal is passed to manufacturing suppliers.
• Review with suppliers on the supply plan regarding components shortage, capacity constraint, etc.
• Manage Product Phase in/out with minimum OB and Minimum impact on availability.
• Manage the integral inventory levels for the assigned product groups over the supply chain in the assigned Region with objective to realize the availability targets.
• Manage the liabilities at key suppliers.
• Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive O&D performance.
