Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, invites you to join its Plant Manager Development Programme in Spain/Portugal. You will learn to lead a manufacturing facility, develop leadership skills across real operational challenges, and gain end-to-end production experience while rotating across plants and functions with seasoned plant managers.

You should have an engineering degree, 2+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing, English at B2 level, and be open to relocation

• Relocation availability to any province across Portugal or Spain

What you'll do

Helping to build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal, you'll be responsible for learning and applying the knowledge required to lead a manufacturing facility, developing your leadership capability across real operational challenges, and gaining end-to-end experience of a production environment. You'll also rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day-to-day operational excellence.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the drive and potential to lead others and inspire respect through your actions. You'll bring a proven track record in leadership and a solid background in production or manufacturing environments. You'll also need

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position in a production or manufacturing company
• English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard)
• Relocation availability: to any province across Portugal or Spain
