Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, invites you to join its Plant Manager Development Programme in Spain/Portugal. You will learn to lead a manufacturing facility, develop leadership skills across real operational challenges, and gain end-to-end production experience while rotating across plants and functions with seasoned plant managers.

You should have an engineering degree, 2+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing, English at B2 level, and be open to relocation

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• At least 2 years of leadership in production/manufacturing.
• English at B2 level or above (Cambridge standard).
• Relocation availability to any province across Portugal or Spain

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop plant operations across Spain and Portugal.
• Rotate across different plants and functions to gain end-to-end experience.
• Translate strategic goals into day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence
