Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• Proven experience leading industrial manufacturing operations.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of maintenance, quality systems and HSE requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and capital investment projects.
• Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Drive a safety-first culture in line with HSE standards and company policies.
• Lead, coach and develop production teams to high performance.
• Ensure effective production planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Oversee inventory, raw materials and internal material flows.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Support budgeting activities and CAPEX projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with management systems and site standards.
