Kemira in Spain is seeking a Plant Manager for our Estella-Lizarra site to lead safe, efficient and sustainable production in the Operations unit. You will establish a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with EHSQ standards, manage daily operations, budgeting, and capital expenditure, and develop a multidisciplinary leadership team.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a similar technical subject.
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong background in process safety and regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture aligned with Kemira values.
• Ensuring staff follow rules, enforce EHSQ standards, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Accountable for daily plant operations, production planning and execution.
• Monitor and improve operations against standards in efficiency, cost, EHSQ, maintenance and reliability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary leadership team at the Estella site.
• Foster relations with work council, unions and external stakeholders.
• Own the site budget, including costs, headcount, maintenance and capex planning.
• Prepare capex plans and ensure follow-up for sustainable operations.
