PepsiCo Iberia seeks an Industrial Maintenance & Engineering Coordinator for its Alvalle plant in Murcia. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, drive PEMM continuous improvement, and manage budgets ensuring safety, quality, and cost control.

The role requires managing teams and coordinating contractors to meet production goals. Successful candidates will have an Industrial Engineering background, knowledge of Lean, and strong English skills, with the ability to lead

Formación

• Industrial Engineering or technical degree.
• Basic knowledge of management principles (budgeting, cost control).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level).
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Intermediate English level (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance processes for all plant equipment, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead PEMM continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance budget and ensure adherence to AOP.
• Ensure safety and risk prevention standards across maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop maintenance team and supervise external contractors.
