Lemoine Spain is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the strategic and operational maintenance across the manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, safety compliance, and cost optimization from fibre processing to packaging.

You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, manage planning and budgets, coach maintenance teams, and support capital projects while advancing TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• Master's degree or MBA considered an advantage.
• 8–10 years in industrial maintenance.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience within nonwoven, hygiene products, tissue, paper, textile, converting or FMCG manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the plant maintenance strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure high reliability and availability of all production assets.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations.
• Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
• Support CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and industrialization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach maintenance teams to achieve world-class performance.
