Ball Corporation in Spain (Catalonia) seeks a PHC Maintenance BOE Specialist to lead maintenance strategy across PHC can facilities, driving reliability and reducing unplanned downtime. You will standardize practices, implement PM/RCM programs, and coach teams in PM methodologies while ensuring accurate CMMS data and strong collaboration with production and maintenance teams.
Applicants should have a mechanical engineering background with 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 3+ years in
Formación
- 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance Systems
- 3+ years in Continuous Improvement
- Strong knowledge of TPM, 5S, RCA, FMEA
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Responsabilidades
- Develop and oversee the maintenance pillar master plan and roadmap
- Coach cross-functional teams in PM methodology
- Standardize best practices across plants
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
- Foster ownership and continuous improvement culture
- Manage CMMS data entry and analysis
