The role requires a technical degree and 1+ years of industrial experience, with proficiency in EAM systems, TPM concepts, and collaboration with engineering and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biochemical or Biological, Engineering, Industrial Arts, or related technical field preferred, an Associate's degree in a technical field will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and schedules.
• Promote teamwork and continuous learning within the team.
• Enforce safety, conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Track maintenance activities using EAM and report KPIs.
• Manage budgets and minimize downtime while aligning with production schedules.
