Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager to lead a team of expert technicians focused on equipment reliability across our Spanish facilities and European hubs.

You will mentor engineers, implement preventive maintenance plans, analyze data to improve processes, and deliver site-based and network-wide projects while maintaining safety and high performance.

Formación

• English proficiency required.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure equipment reliability across facilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and EU network standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and improve processes.
