Job summary

Revolut is seeking a French-speaking Support Specialist to take ownership of customer issues, think deeply to find solutions, and contribute to the way we support our customers every day. This role may include night and weekend shifts, fully compensated, to support our 24/7 coverage.

You’ll provide seamless experiences via in-app live chat, phone, and email, communicate professionally with customers, and collaborate with international teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (native/C2 level) and English (C1 level).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply.
• Experience providing support across chat, phone, and email.
• Strong writing, analytical and IT skills.
