FUNDACION INSTITUTO INVESTIGACION SANITARIA FUNDACION JIMENEZ DIAZ is seeking a researcher to conduct cell culture, generate tumoroids/organoids from patient-derived samples, and evaluate therapies in translational oncology. The role includes handling animal models and performing molecular biology assays such as Western blot and qPCR.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's in Biology or related field, a completed Master’s degree, and have strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or other Health or Biomedical Sciences.
• Completed University Master’s degree (or on track to complete it before the PFIS call).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Cell culture; generation and treatment of patient-derived tumoroids/organoids.
• Work with animal models to evaluate synergies in patient-derived xenografts.
• Molecular biology techniques: Western blot, qPCR, and assays for viability, apoptosis, and cell cycle.
