Biogipuzkoa Health Research Institute in Spain is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join the oncology team.

The project focuses on understanding how anti-tumoral immune responses are developed and organized within tumors, with emphasis on immune-tumor interactions and stromal remodeling. The candidate will work with mouse models and clinical samples, applying flow cytometry, 3D microscopy and transcriptomic analyses.

Formación

• PhD in Health Sciences, Biology, Biomedicine, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience working with mouse models, cell culture, flow cytometry and microscopy.
• Strong knowledge of immunology and/or cancer biology.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Publications in indexed journals

Responsabilidades

• Work with animal models and clinical samples.
• Apply cutting-edge techniques including flow cytometry, 3D microscopy and transcriptomic analyses.
• Identify mechanisms that promote anti-tumor immune responses.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Department team led by Ana Martínez Riaño.
