Overview

Global Pharmaceutical Marketing Lead

This position involves leading the development and execution of global marketing strategies for the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop long-term marketing plans in alignment with executive leadership.
    • Define customer segmentation, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
    • Identify opportunities for inorganic growth (partnerships, M&A) to support market expansion.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Oversee the global portfolio of contamination control solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
    • Drive innovation pipeline collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and Technical teams.
    • Manage product lifecycle, including launches, phase-ins / outs, and updates driven by compliance.
  • Commercial Activation
    • Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Communications teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Ensure consistent value proposition and aligned messaging across markets.
  • Customer & Market Insight
    • Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
    • Lead market research and customer insight initiatives.
    • Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and support thought leadership efforts.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a global team of marketers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    • Provide mentorship and drive cross-functional alignment between Portfolio, Commercial, and Segment teams.
