Global Pharmaceutical Marketing Lead
This position involves leading the development and execution of global marketing strategies for the pharmaceutical industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy Development
- Develop long-term marketing plans in alignment with executive leadership.
- Define customer segmentation, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Identify opportunities for inorganic growth (partnerships, M&A) to support market expansion.
- Portfolio Management
- Oversee the global portfolio of contamination control solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Drive innovation pipeline collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and Technical teams.
- Manage product lifecycle, including launches, phase-ins / outs, and updates driven by compliance.
- Commercial Activation
- Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Communications teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Ensure consistent value proposition and aligned messaging across markets.
- Customer & Market Insight
- Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Lead market research and customer insight initiatives.
- Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and support thought leadership efforts.
- Team Leadership
- Lead a global team of marketers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and drive cross-functional alignment between Portfolio, Commercial, and Segment teams.
