Job summary

BASE life science is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to build and maintain marketing automation for pharma clients. You will work on HCP/patient engagement journeys, CloudPages and forms, integrations with CRM platforms, and compliant multi-channel programs.

This role offers growth into MC Engage/Next and Campaign Manager. You will develop and optimise data-driven automations, journeys, and integrations with Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on SFMC experience with CloudPages, forms, emails
Strong SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and data segmentation
Experience with SFMC APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, Postman, and CRM integrations
Familiar with AI tools for development and personalization
Pharma or life sciences experience, especially consent management, is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SFMC solutions across CloudPages, forms, email, and SMS
Build data and automation processes using SQL, data extensions, and Automation Studio
Design and support journeys in Journey Builder for multi-channel campaigns
Integrate with external systems via REST APIs, JSON, Postman
Collaborate with consultants to translate requirements into robust solutions and resolve issues across the SFMC ecosystem
