Job summary

Professional Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for an Italian excellence active in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device sectors. Based in Madrid, the role reports to the Iberia commercial lead and focuses on developing and managing the Spain & Portugal business, supporting strategy execution and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant commercial experience in pharma/healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish pharmaceutical market and B2B relationships.
• Experience with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop day-to-day operations with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and pharmacy groups.
• Support the implementation of the commercial strategy and agreed business plans for the Spanish market.
• Follow up on customer activities, commercial opportunities, orders, and business development initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and market developments, identifying opportunities and areas requiring attention.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates on commercial activities.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and other internal functions to ensure effective customer management and high service levels.
• Collaborate with external partners and providers involved in customer support and commercial activities.
• Contribute to market analysis and the identification of new business opportunities.

Skills

Commercial experience in pharma/health
