IQVIA Inc. in Madrid seeks a detail‑oriented Data & Contracts Analyst to support Compliance Services for pharma and med device clients. You will draft HCP contracts, manage grants, and reformat files via Access/Excel to ensure accurate IQVIA data.

Strong communication and process discipline are required, with French and advanced English preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical compliance helps but is not required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science is mandatory.
• Contracts Management or Reports Analyst experience is a plus.
• 3 years or more related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• HCP Contracting and Grants Management: develop contracts from templates after system requests.
• Communicate with HCPs to obtain signatures and respond to questions.
• Maintain data quality and reformats files using Access/Excel for IQVIA-ready data.
• Provide updates to team management and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Review client requirements with Client Service Reps for clarity and accuracy.
• Identify data errors and advise on custom deliverables and recovery methods.
