Job summary

IQVIA Madrid is seeking a diligent Contracts/Reports Analyst to support Compliance Services. You will develop HCP contracts from templates, manage communications for signatures, and ensure data integrity using Excel and Access.

The role requires strong MS-Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within strict deadlines. Experience in pharmaceutical compliance is helpful but not required, with fluency in English and French recommended.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong PC technical skills in using Excel and Access.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve routine problems.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team.
• Background in Pharmaceutical compliance desirable but not mandatory.
• French and English at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracts for HCPs using system-generated templates.
• Communicate with HCPs regarding contracts and obtain signatures.
• Communicate requests for missing information and provide clarification.
• Provide updates to team management on status and issues.
• Ensure delivered work meets quality standards and follows confidentiality policies.
• Reformat incoming files using Access and Excel to maintain usable data.
• Review client requirements with Client Service Reps for clarity.
• Identify data errors and advise on custom deliverables.
• Analyze errors and recovery methods for data integrity.
