Kiloverse in Barcelona, Spain seeks a video editor for short-form social ads. Edit and iterate videos for Meta, TikTok and YouTube with 1.5+ years of experience and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or CapCut. Work with strategists and independently when briefs aren’t available.

4 days onsite and 1 flexible remote day. Gross salary is 2500–3000 EUR/month for a full-time freelance role, with potential to transition into a permanent payroll position.

Formación

• 1.5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficient in short-form social media ads editing.
• Strong English communication for remote/local collaboration.
• Hands-on self-starter who can own video deliverables and manage timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Edit, iterate, and polish short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Transform raw footage and assets into high-performing ad variations.
• Collaborate with strategists while maintaining autonomy when briefs aren’t available.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, ROAS to refine visual hooks and performance.
• Utilize AI tools and automated workflows to speed editing and testing.
• Research trends and viral formats to keep output fresh and competitive.
