Werfen is seeking an IT Digital Enablement Lead who will act as the strategic IT partner to the value stream, translating business priorities into a coherent technology agenda and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value.

The role leads a team of IT Digital Enablement Partners and collaborates with global and regional stakeholders to drive data-enabled decisions, automation, and advanced analytics within regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business/IT/engineering) is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years leading and supervising IT/digital teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of business acumen with a consulting mindset.
• Experience in IT within regulated environments (healthcare/pharma/medical device).
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver in matrix/global settings.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the IT digital enablement strategy and serve as the primary IT partner to the value stream.
• Shape technology investments, define business cases and benefits realization.
• Ensure adoption of value-stream initiatives with alignment to policies and tools.
• Lead, develop and inspire the team of IT Digital Enablement Partners.
