You will lead automation projects, governance and analytics; manage SAP SuccessFactors governance; collaborate across countries and functions to deliver a scalable operating model; fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years international HR experience in generalist or specialist roles.
• Strong HR analytics, process improvement and governance knowledge; SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard/reporting skills.
• Experience with HR digitalisation, automation or AI initiatives.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management; cross-country collaboration.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other EU languages are a plus.

Mission

The People Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the People function, ensuring efficient, consistent and scalable HR processes, systems and governance. The role combines People Operations expertise with data, technology and continuous improvement capabilities, supporting the evolution of the People operating model and the digitalisation and automation of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency and a high-quality employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate HR processes across countries and business areas.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs and service levels, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuous improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of the People operating model, including governance, roles and responsibilities and ways of working.

HR Systems, Digitalisation & Automation

• Act as a key People representative in HR systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive the optimisation and governance of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data quality, process consistency and effective use of the platform.
• Identify and implement opportunities for HR automation, AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Work closely with IT, Digital and external providers on HR technology initiatives, integrations and process improvements.

People Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain People dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
• Translate People data into meaningful insights and recommendations for the People leadership team and business.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and appropriate governance across People reporting.
• Support workforce planning and other strategic People analyses through robust data and reporting.

Employee Cycle

• Support the governance and continuous improvement of any People related processes, with main focus on Performance and Rewards processes
• Ensure consistency in the execution of People processes across the organisation.
• Provide data, analysis and operational support for annual People cycles and key talent processes.

Operational Governance

• Establish and maintain appropriate People Operations governance, processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective execution of People processes across the organisation.
• Support the People Operations Director in operational, organisational and transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics or a related discipline.
• 8-12 years of international experience in Human Resources (generalist role or specialist), People Operations, HR analytics, HR transformation or related areas.
• Strong experience in HR process improvement and operational excellence.
• Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities, with experience developing dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience working with HR digitalisation, automation and/or AI initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across countries, functions and different levels of the organisation.
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate operational issues into practical solutions.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or other European languages would be an advantage.
