Enginy, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable processes while partnering with our Gestoria and Finance teams on payroll.

In this high-ownership role, you’ll manage HR systems (Factorial and Notion), develop clear People policies, oversee benefits, and drive efficiency.

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a scaling company.
• Solid understanding of Spanish labor regulations and payroll processes.
• Experience owning an HRIS (Factorial or similar) and maintaining documentation in Notion.
• Care about clean data, clear processes and scalability.
• Demonstrated reliability and discretion for confidential operational work.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding through offboarding and all intermediate steps across systems.
• Manage payroll inputs and compliance with Gestoria and Finance teams.
• Develop, update and communicate clear People policies for adoption across the organisation.
• Oversee benefits and monitor opportunities aligned with Enginy's culture as we scale.
• Own and improve People systems (Factorial) and Notion documentation for data integrity.
• Support coordination of training initiatives, focusing on onboarding effectiveness.
• Assist planning and monitoring of the People budget and related initiatives.
