Job summary

RavenPack is looking for a People Operations Intern to join the team in Marbella. You will learn how an HR department operates, support onboarding/offboarding, and help with contract administration and documentation.

No prior HR experience is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued. The role offers exposure to onboarding, immigration support, and process improvements in a growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HR, Labour Relations, Business Admin, Law or related field.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Interest in Human Resources and working with people.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, contracts.
• Support R&D processes: collect job descriptions and project information.
• Assist immigration tasks: documentation and follow-ups for international employees.
• Coordinate employee-related activities and update HR systems.
• Suggest process improvements to make daily work easier.
