Job Description
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science, as our Market Development Manager. The role is a 1 year contract to cover a maternity leave and in this key role, you'll develop marketing strategies and programs to support growth and innovation across our reproductive health portfolio in the clinical next generation sequencing division. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build customer value while enabling our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll work closely with product management, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders to create compelling content, generate demand, and establish thought leadership in key markets.

Preferred Fields of Study:

• Life sciences with Reproductive Health Market Experience
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in marketing in life sciences or related industry.

Skills

• Knowledge of reproductive health market and competitor landscape preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrix organizations
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific content into compelling customer messaging
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisions
