Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We seek a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for AI training on a remote contract. Compensation is $60/hour, with a 21-hour weekly commitment from Oct 23 to Nov 19. Fluency in Spanish and an HR-led background are required.

You will train AI agents on HR tasks, build realistic HR workspaces, write prompts and grading rubrics, and collaborate with AI teams to improve task accuracy while working independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
