Job summary

Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking a highly motivated Remote Project Manager to lead the implementation of our software for clients worldwide. This is a fully remote role with the base in Murcia, Spain, and you will manage entire client implementations from home to ensure seamless integration and high customer satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply Agile practices, and maintain proactive communication with clients in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, overseeing SaaS implementations or software projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles.
• Fluent English is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations from onboarding to deployment and user adoption.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams including technical consultants, developers, and customer success managers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues clearly to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager, specifically managing SaaS implementations or software projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
