Job summary

MI-GSO | PCUBED Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software implementation in a fully remote capacity, focusing on Spain operations including Cartagena and Murcia. The role drives projects from conception to delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across international markets.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in IT project management, strong remote leadership, proficiency with Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Jira and Confluence, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT and software development.
• Experience managing projects in a fully remote setting with virtual teams.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English; PMP, CSM or equivalent certification preferred.
