Hungry Minds is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end software projects in a fully remote capacity. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape project strategy, and ensure timely delivery across international markets, leveraging Agile and hybrid practices to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• Experience managing remote software projects.
• BS in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and PM tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Certifications (PMP, CSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex IT and software development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Effectively manage and motivate remote, cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
