ECIJA in Madrid is seeking a Payroll Trainee to join our EAdvisory Team. This role focuses on gaining practical knowledge of employment law and personnel administration while supporting payroll processes and client advisory work.

You will handle payroll calculations, contract drafting, tax computations, and social security compliance alongside a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, agile environment. This internship offers exposure to both national and international projects and real client work.

Formación

• Final-year student in Labour Relations and Employment or Law.
• Willing to work with clients from various sectors.
• Will participate in national and international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll calculation.
• Registration procedures via the RED system: registrations, deregistrations, amendments, etc.
• Submission of sick leave reports.
• Drafting of employment contracts.
• Income tax calculation.
• Adapting and aligning payslips with different collective agreements.
• Advice on employment matters.
