Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in Payments, FinTech, or travel tech.
• Experience managing digital roadmaps and agile delivery processes.
• Experience with payment ecosystems (PSPs, gateways, acquirers) and checkout improvements.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable digital products and tech solutions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Finance, Operations and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payments product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing by business value and customer impact.
• Lead payments initiatives across B2C and B2B channels with cross-functional teams.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from business objectives and feedback.
• Drive Agile product management activities including release planning and governance.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Distribution, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Finance and Tech teams.
• Oversee PSP integrations, new payment methods, and fraud-related tech initiatives.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and optimization opportunities to improve conversion and cost efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory, financial, and tax compliance in payment solutions.
