Teladoc Health International is seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage reception and evolution of cases via calls and emails, delivering high-quality patient service aligned with client demands and Teladoc standards.

The role includes collecting patient information, determining eligibility, creating cases, and coordinating with medical teams, with initial and ongoing training provided. Hybrid work in Barcelona is available.

Formación

• Must have high/native level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to incoming requests (calls, emails, application, etc.) from various virtual care services.
• Collect basic information about the patient, following the procedure.
• Confirm if the patient is eligible for the service.
• Create the case in the system; assign and send the case to the medical team.
• Assist patients in resolving incidents and follow up on open cases.
• Coordinate communications between physicians and patients; contact customers when needed.
• Be responsible for reviewing quality feedback surveys.
• Escalate cases when there is backlog or special needs requiring supervisor review.
