• Provide legal advice on Intellectual Property, editorial, educational and digital content.
• Draft, review and negotiate rights acquisition, assignment and licensing agreements.
• Provide contractual support to Editorial, Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Technology and Operations teams.
