Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Pastry Cook to lead daily pastry operations, crafting cakes, cookies, pies, and breads from traditional and modern recipes. You will oversee inventory, ensure food safety, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain product quality and seasonal offerings.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as Pastry Cook you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section, including the preparation of cakes, cookies, pies, and bread, following both traditional and modern recipes.
