Qualifications

• Five to seven years in partnerships, business planning, commercial analytics or performance management.
• Experience in luxury, retail, travel, hospitality or financial services is preferred.
• Track record of building and owning partner or channel performance frameworks.
• KPI/ROI thinking and experience with dashboards and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the partnership roadmap and planning framework for partnerships, giving partners a clear route to value.
• Manage partnership finances by tracking and governing the budget across the portfolio.
• Turn data into decisions by building reporting and insights that the business trusts.
• Raise the bar on how we work by collaborating across teams to sharpen partnership strategy and data-driven delivery.
