Job summary

Criteo is a leader in commerce media and is seeking a Commercial BI Lead to grow business acumen and drive data‑driven decisions. You will own key BI reports and manage day‑to‑day BI operations, collaborating with FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial teams and Sales Operations to translate needs into BI solutions using Power BI and Python.

You’ll develop self-service reporting, ensure data integrity across systems, and help shape the BI roadmap with new tools, while communicating effectively in

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of BI, data analytics or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or Business/Finance with practical experience.
• SQL proficiency required.
• Strong communication in English and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial BI strategy and own key reports.
• Develop and maintain self-service automated reporting for Finance and Commercial teams using Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
• Gather requirements from FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial teams, and Sales Operations.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
• Provide daily support and training to end users on reporting tools.
• Contribute to product roadmap with new tools and capabilities.
