Job summary

Thales in Spain is seeking a Partnerships Coordination Officer to develop and manage regional business activities from Madrid, with occasional travel within the regional scope. The Job Holder will play a pivotal role in the development and management of the regional business organization , ensuring close day-to-day relationships with senior management. They will contribute to the reinforcement of governance and compliance within the Regional Company and related Regions, particularly regarding the quality and relevance of KIP and BA process management .

The Job Holder will be based on a full-time basis in Madrid (Spain) and may travel occasionally to countries within the scope of the Regional Hub. Key Responsibilities

• Managing the EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) process for KIP, BA candidates, and Third Parties in coordination with the Legal Director .
• Ensuring compliance of the yearly budget by providing quarterly updates to the CFO and Legal Director .
• Supporting the Industrial Operations Director in KIP selection for projects, including the preparation of Justification and Partnership Memos in coordination with Country Directors, BA/KIP Directors, and Thales Group Operating Units & Corporate .
• Managing the completion of KIP and BA files under the supervision of the BA/KIP Directors , from the preparation of the Due Diligence Form to the validation of qualification .
• Ensuring regular quality control of KIP/BA files, including the preparation and follow-up of Risk Factors clearance action plans and the update of the KIP/BA Dashboard .
• Participating in periodical meetings with Country Directors, Operational Units, and BA/KIP Directors for updates and alignment.
• Organizing the evaluation of KIP/BA portfolios and related activities in coordination with Country Directors (CDs), BA/KIP Directors, Industrial Operations Director, and Operating Units .
• Ensuring the completion of services listed in the annual agreements signed between Thales EURAM and the Operating Units involved.
• Reinforcing governance and compliance within the Regional Company and related Regions, ensuring adherence to ethical and governance best practices in line with Ambition 10 .

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Experience : Professional experience in an international environment.
• Languages : Fluent in English and French (oral and written). Spanish is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills : Autonomous, rigorous, self-confident, and teamwork-capable .
• Proactive, adaptable, multi-tasked , with a strong interest in local cultures and traditions .
• Yearning for legal and financial aspects to mobilize internal stakeholders toward common objectives.
