Thales España Sistemas, con sede en Leganés y base en Madrid, ofrece una pasantía de un año a tiempo completo en el área financiera. El programa incluye conciliaciones y gestión de facturas, con posibilidad de cursar un máster a través de Nebrija University (a distancia).

La oportunidad es en un entorno internacional, con horas flexibles y una remuneración de 1.150 € brutos al mes. Se valorará proactividad, multitarea y dominio del inglés y español.

Qualifications

• Título universitario en Administración de Empresas o similar.
• Alto nivel de inglés y español, hablado y escrito.
• Proactivo y con actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje.

Responsibilities

• Conciliaciones mensuales entre partidas fuera de balance y libro mayor.
• Identificación de variaciones y propuesta de medidas correctivas.
• Gestión de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar: seguimiento de facturas.
• Elaboración de informes periódicos para la dirección.
• Apoyo en auditorías.
• Revisión de cargas de facturas en el SII (Sistema Inmediato de Suministro de Información).
• Participación en encuestas y cuestionarios para entidades públicas.
• Apoyo en tesorería diaria/gestión de efectivo.
• Apoyo en el proyecto de Facturación Electrónica 2027.

Based in Leganés, Thales España Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities:

• Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:
• Embedded electronics for military aircraft
• Tactical Communications
• Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic

As a Finance Intern, you will be part of:

• Monthly reconciliations between off-balance-sheet/sub-ledger items and the general ledger.
• Identification of variances/discrepancies and proposal of corrective measures.
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable management: tracking of invoices and goods receipts.
• Preparation of periodic reports to be submitted to management.
• Support during audits.
• Review of invoice uploads to the SII (Immediate Information Supply System)
• Completion of surveys and questionnaires for various public entities.
• Support in daily treasury/cash management operations.
• Support in the 2027 Electronic Invoicing project.

Competences

Technical/functional skills:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or similar
• High Level of English & Spanish, both spoken and written.

Behavioural skills:

• Proactive and positive attitude towards learning.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
