Thales S21sec Spain, based in Madrid, seeks a Senior Security Strategy Consultant with 10+ years of cybersecurity experience to lead strategic initiatives across IT, OT and Cloud environments. You will act as an advisor to clients, define architecture roadmaps, and develop robust security programs.

You will analyze security posture, design master plans, and build KPI-driven reporting while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other standards.

Formación

• Experience with cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks (ISO 27000, ENS, NIS2, PCI-DSS, IEC 62443, GDPR, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with security technologies (NGFW, IPS, NAC, WAF, CASB, SASE, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security, etc.).
• Experience in cross-functional cybersecurity services (SOC, offensive security, vulnerability management, hardening, threat intelligence, etc.).
• Fluent English.

At Thales S21sec Spain, we are looking for a Senior Security Strategy Consultant with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity to join our central services team.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong expertise in cybersecurity infrastructures, capable of supporting and managing complex technological environments across leading security vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience with security technologies (NGFW, IPS, NAC, WAF, CASB, SASE, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security, etc.)
• Experience in cross‑functional cybersecurity services (SOC, offensive security, vulnerability management, hardening, threat intelligence, etc.)
• Fluent English
