Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join our hybrid team. You will work with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects and enable partner technical resources, contribute to joint business planning, and drive successful partner initiatives.

You'll bring 10–15 years of partner-facing technical experience, strong presentation skills, and hands-on knowledge across observability, cloud, containers, and DevOps tools. Datadog values collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding in IT development and/or operations.
• 10–15 years of customer or partner-facing technical experience.
• Self-starter with business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD.
• Bonus: experience with channel partners, Datadog usage, root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Join joint business planning sessions to align Datadog and Partner teams.
• Support partner initiatives such as demos and proofs of value; lead enablement workshops.
• Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze Partner services and recommend increased Datadog adoption.
• Collaborate to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
• Evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.
