Datadog is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer/Content Specialist to translate real-world ops experience into helpful content for our user communities. You will contribute to service management coverage, incident response, and on-call automation while collaborating with engineers and practitioners across the industry.

This role focuses on building demos, giving talks, writing documentation, webinars, and open source projects.

Formación

• 5+ years as Platform/SRE/DevOps or software developer with on-call experience.
• Familiar with incident response, SLOs, and ops tooling.
• Experience storytelling through demos, blogs, talks.
• Public writing samples or talks available.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or Bash and APIs.
• Willingness to explore new technologies and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for service management for Datadog's advocacy and engineering teams.
• Create content across demos, talks, blogging, docs, webinars, open source.
• Partner with product engineering to build demos and coach teams.
• Interface with open source communities to drive messaging and integrations.
• Contribute to product with feedback, docs, or code.
