TD SYNNEX Spain seeks a proactive Sales Operations professional to support quotations, manage sales orders and partner relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain forecasts and drive an excellent partner experience.

Responsabilidades

• Quotation & Sales Support: Prepare quotations and ensure pricing and commercial terms comply with policies, follow up to convert to orders.
• Sales Order Management: Process orders, monitor deliveries and backlog, coordinate to ensure smooth execution and forecast sales.
• Partner Management: Act as main contact for partners, provide updates on quotations and orders, ensure great customer experience.
• Sales & Pipeline Management: Proactively manage opportunities and quotations, identify cross-sell and upsell options.
• SLA & KPI Management: Maintain CRM records, review KPIs and propose improvements to boost efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Business Units to resolve issues and share best practices.
