ADP is seeking a Partner Manager to own relationships with In-Country Partners across a designated region, focusing on service delivery, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams. Location is Barcelona, with responsibilities spanning escalation management, partner reviews, and regional workshops.
The Partner Manager is the primary owner of relationships with In-Country Partners across multiple countries within a designated geographic region. The role provides dedicated operational support for all matters related to the delivery of partner services and serves as the primary point of contact for the partner operational performance and execution.
The Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues, monitoring partner performance, and effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is a critical component of ADP's Global Payroll supply chain and contributes to the delivery of efficient, accurate, and cost-effective global payroll solutions.

Location: Barcelona
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
2-3 years of knowledge in Payroll, HR Services, vendor management, account management, or service delivery.
Experience Working In a Global Or Multicultural Environment Preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to work flexible hours as required.
