Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a part-time waiter/waitress for LABTWENTYTWO. Bring charm and a friendly personality to create excellent guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality setting.

You will assist with mise-en-place, provide professional service for food and beverages, and ensure proper equipment care while supporting smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Proficiency with POS systems for order handling and billing.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages welcome.

• Reliability and flexibility in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ideal but not required: vocational training in hotel/restaurant field.

The Position

You are a passionate waiter/waitress who brings charm and a friendly personality to create great guest experiences. If you value service excellence and enjoy collaborating with a team, you’ll fit well in our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• As a professional host, you ensure optimal care for guests and address complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner.
• Assist with Mise-en-place to ensure smooth service.
• Provide professional food and beverage services.
• Proper use, care and cleaning of equipment and materials.
• Perform accounting operations and settlement formalities as required.

• Demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering excellent service.
• Maintain a focus on a positive guest experience and smooth operations.
