Aethos Mallorca, a luxury lifestyle hotel located on Mallorca's southwest coast, is seeking a Waiter to craft memorable dining experiences for guests. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure flawless service in a vibrant restaurant setting.

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
• Provide expert menu recommendations, accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas in line with Aethos standards.
• Support stock control and ensure all service items are replenished and ready for operation.
• Process guest payments accurately while following company procedures.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams, contributing to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused service.
