Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is looking for a Talent & Wellbeing Trainee to join the People & Culture team. You'll gain hands-on experience across wellbeing, culture, and the employee experience while supporting ongoing people initiatives.

You'll assist with performance reviews, wellbeing programs, onboarding and offboarding, and help foster a supportive environment. The role is part-time, flexible, and designed for students.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Psychology, Labour Relations, HR, or related field.
• Eligible to sign internship agreement with university or educational institution.
• Available part-time (mornings) with a schedule that fits your studies.
• Fluent Spanish and English (B2 min). English is the company language.
• A proactive mindset with teamwork, communication, empathy and curiosity about people development, training and wellbeing.
• No prior experience needed; potential and eagerness to learn are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with performance review cycles by helping gather feedback and track development plans.
• Contribute to wellbeing program by organizing initiatives promoting health and work-life balance.
• Nurture a positive work environment by supporting climate surveys and coordinating team-building activities.
• Be a friendly point of contact for employees, guiding them to resources for growth.
• Help create a great employee experience by participating in onboarding and offboarding.
