Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is offering a Talent & Wellbeing Trainee internship to gain hands-on experience across wellbeing, culture, and employee experience. You will work closely with the People & Culture team to learn how a fast-growing scale-up cares for its people.

The role focuses on supporting performance cycles, wellbeing initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and creating a positive employee environment while gaining real responsibilities and mentorship.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Psychology, Labour Relations, HR, or related field.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
• Part-time availability (mornings) compatible with studies.
• Fluent Spanish and English (B2) – English is the official language.
• Proactive mindset with teamwork, communication, empathy and curiosity about people development, training and wellbeing.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with performance review cycles and gather feedback for development plans.
• Contribute to wellbeing program and organize health initiatives.
• Support climate surveys and coordination of team-building activities.
• Be a friendly point of contact for employees and guide them to growth resources.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth welcomes and departures.

About the team & this role

The People & Culture team makes sure Sateliot stays a place where people grow, feel supported, and do their best work as we scale. As Talent & Wellbeing Trainee, you'll get hands‑on experience across the full people cycle, from wellbeing, culture, and the employee experience, working side by side with the team and learning how a fast-growing scale‑up looks after its most important asset: its people.

What you'll do

• Assist with performance review cycles by helping gather feedback and track individual development plans.
• Contribute to our wellbeing program, helping organize initiatives that promote health and a healthy work‑life balance.
• Help nurture a positive work environment, supporting climate surveys and coordinating team‑building activities.
• Be a friendly point of contact for employees, pointing them to the resources available for their professional growth.
• Help create a great employee experience by taking part in onboarding and offboarding, so every welcome and farewell runs smoothly.

What you bring

• Currently studying, or recently graduated with, a Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
• Available part‑time (mornings), with a flexible schedule compatible with your studies.
• Fluent Spanish and an intermediate‑to‑advanced level of English (B2 minimum) — English is the company's official language.
• A proactive mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills, empathy, and genuine curiosity about people development, training, and wellbeing.
• No prior experience needed, we value your potential and your enthusiasm to learn.
