Sateliot, empresa barcelonesa de satélites, busca un responsable de PRL y RRHH para crear y liderar la función de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y la operación HR a nivel internacional.

Verás regulaciones en entornos industriales y te integrarás con Talent y Finanzas para garantizar cumplimiento y eficiencia. Trabajo híbrido desde Barcelona con posibilidad de oficinas y movilidad.

Formación

• Técnico Superior en PRL con especialidades en Higiene Ocupacional y Ergonomía/Psicosocial es obligatorio.
• 5–6 años de experiencia en PRL en entornos industriales/fábricas.
• Experiencia liderando o coordinando un equipo de administración de RRHH, con exposición a nóminas y movilidad.
• Conocimiento sólido de asuntos laborales y legales, tipos de contrato y visados.
• Nativo o profesional en español y nivel de inglés para entorno internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Construir y ejecutar el sistema PRL desde cero: evaluaciones de riesgo, planificación preventiva y seguimiento en oficinas, laboratorio y entornos de hardware.
• Gestionar la función de prevención técnica (Salud y Higiene Ocupacional; Ergonomía/ Psicosocial adicional) en entornos regulados.
• Governar el servicio externo de prevención (SPA): definir criterios y exigir cumplimiento, empezando por vigilancia de la salud.
• Liderar un equipo de 3–4 especialistas encargado de administración laboral, nóminas y movilidad internacional/visas.
• Ser punto de referencia operativo en cuestiones laborales y legales, escalar cuando sea necesario a asesoría especializada.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento y calidad de procesos administrativos junto a Talent, Finanzas y equipos técnicos.

About the team & this role

Sateliot's People team is scaling the company from ~150 to ~300 people over the next couple of years, and this role is central to building the foundation that makes it possible. You'll stand up our occupational health & safety function — PRL — from scratch and execute it hands-on, while leading the HR operations engine that keeps hiring, contracts, payroll and international mobility running.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and consolidating a team of 3-4 specialists, you'll take operational load off the leadership so strategy — not day-to-day admin — is where their focus goes. You're as comfortable running a risk assessment on a lab or hardware‑integration floor as you are giving structure to a team of experts.

What you'll do

• Build and execute Sateliot's PRL system from the ground up: risk assessments, preventive planning, and follow‑through across office, laboratory and hardware‑integration environments.

• Personally cover the technical prevention function (Safety and Occupational Hygiene; Ergonomics / Psychosocial a plus), and adapt it to new and soon‑to‑be regulated environments.

• Govern the external prevention service (SPA): set the criteria and hold it accountable rather than just processing what it sends — starting with health surveillance.

• Lead a team of 3-4 specialists owning labour administration, contracts, payroll and international mobility / visas — giving structure, priorities and criteria without taking over their domain.

• Be the operational reference point on day‑to‑day labour and legal matters, resolving what you can and escalating the rest to specialist counsel.

• Ensure compliance and quality across administrative processes, working closely with Talent, Finance and the technical teams.

What you bring

• Técnico Superior en PRL, with at least the Safety and Occupational Hygiene specialisms (Ergonomics / Psychosocial is a plus). This is non‑negotiable: you'll execute the technical function.

• 5-6 years executing PRL in industrial / factory environments (automotive, manufacturing, heavy industry or similar) — real plants with tangible risk, not office‑only settings.

• Experience leading or coordinating an HR administration team, or having owned PRL inside a People function with exposure to payroll, contracting and mobility.

• Solid operational command of labour and legal matters: you understand how payroll, contract types and visas work, and you know when to lean on specialist advice.

• Native or professional Spanish and working English (international environment).

Bonus if you have

• Experience in a tech / deep‑tech scale‑up or fast‑growth environment.

• Exposure to regulated industries, classified or defence environments.

• A third PRL specialism and/or experience with Equality Plans (Planes de Igualdad).

• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll tooling (Personio, Payfit or equivalents).
